The Open Directory Project, also
know as ODP and DMOZ, is the largest volunteer edited directory
on the Internet. A Netscape property launched in 1998,
the directory boasts over 3.8 million listings and over
fifty thousand volunteer editors. DMOZ provides search
results and directory listings for several search engines
and directories.
